What you  have to do is simple.  If you have a cd burner, you need to
use whatever software it is that you would use to burn any cd such as
you might use for music.  Follow the directions for burning iso 9660
file systems with that software, and you are ready to go.  

When you have the iso file system safely burned onto the cd, just
reboot your machine as you normally would, and it should come up
talking.  There is nothing more to it than that and learning to use
Linux.
