This is a bit off-topic but a good, accessible CD recorder for Windows can
be downloaded for free here:

If you're a Windows user just getting started with oralux, download the
tool at the above address, download and install the oralux iso file, right
mouse click on the oralux iso, and you'll get a pop-up menu that allows you
to write the iso file to a CD. It will then be ready to go.
