Ok, got it now. The launch config was generated with a newer build
of Studio. See attached png.

The fix is for you to update to the unstable bld. Steps + comments
are below.

Updating to unstable :
o Select Help | Software Updates | Find and Install ...
o Select Search for new features to install and click next.
o Click New Remote Site...
o In the dialog that comes up whatever you name you would
  like. For the URL enter
  http://orbeon.sourceforge.net/unstable-blds/studio/
  . Click OK
o In the check list check the item that was just added
  and then click Next.
o In the check list check OXF Studio and click next.
o Assuming you agree to the license, select
"I accept" and click next. Otherwise click cancel.
o Click Finish.
o Click finish when the signature warning dialog comes up.

Some notes :
o As we have set things up Studio(Eclipse) will never
automatically update to an unstable build.
o In builds post 1.0.2 it won't be necessary to add
a remote site as the unstable site will already
  be listed.
o the execution now looks much more like that of a Java
  app.
o after update Studio(Eclipse) prompts with a restart
dialog. My experience with this 'soft' restart hasn't
been so great. Usually I find I actually need to shutdown
Eclipse completely and then restart it.
