Hi, For a custom epilogue.xpl, I started looking at the code of the petstore example. But that example is not linked and is not functional, also not on the Orbeon website. Is there a reason for this?
Related to this: when looking at petstore's epilogue.xpl, I don't see immediately at what point XForms is converted to XHTML, which should be done *somewhere*, I guess. Background: I want to create a standard page layout (top, left side, body, etc.) for a site, something that should be possible using epilogue.xpl, I think. A working example would be great.
