Not sure about this one. It may be Saxon trying to handle a funny namespace situation at some point. Maybe Alex can comment on whether the XForms engine may be doing this?
I don't think I ever saw this. Sylvain, do you have a test case that we can use to reproduce this? (E.g. resources that you could send us attached to an email or modification to the example application that would exhibit this behavior.)
