Here are the files, they have to be in a "test" folder located in the same folder as page-flow.xml, the structure is the same as bizdoc folder in bizdoc example.

Thank you for the resources. I now have this running here. I go to the main page, enter "a" and "a" as first and last name. The first is valid, but not the second. In the document that gets displayed in the UI (see attached), the "xxforms" prefix is used (not "xxforms_1"). I added a "debug" on the epilogue "instance" input and the instance there is also using the "xxforms" prefix (not "xxforms_1"). How do I get to see an "xxforms_1" prefix being used?
