Alex,

Yes, I am using Internet Explorer but I haven't tested this on any other browser yet. And submission is also declared as mentioned in your mail <xforms:submission id="formSubmit" method="post"/>. The error is displayed on the page and is common page not found error, which is displayed in Internet Explorer when an incorrect URL is typed. Any guesses what I may be doing wrong here?

Is this an error you get in Internet Explorer? Do you get the same error
with another browser (e.g. Firefox)? Do you have any exception displayed
on the page or in the server logs (typically on the console)? In the
XForms model, can you check that you have a:

    <xforms:submission method="post"/>

This is highly recommended, as you can easily hit browser imposed limits
on the length of URLs when using the GET method.
