I'm setting up my first folder and can't get the pathing right.

My controller page flow is:

   <page path-info="/don" view="view.xhtml"/>

I thought this meant that the controller engine would look in

TOMCAT_HOME\orbeon\WEB-INF\resources\don

and so placed the folder "don" as a sub-folder of "resources"

But neither

http://localhost:8080/orbeon-don

or

http://localhost:8080/orbeon/don

in my browser finds the file.

I've tried every combination I can think of. What am I missing?

Your path:

  http://localhost:8080/orbeon/don

has two parts. The first one, most likely, is mapped by Tomcat to OXFServlet, the main Presentation Server servlet. What follows, "/don", is "path information". This is the path that is matched in the PFC with things like path-info="/don". So that part is correct.

Now the URLs in the Page Flow, as entered in the xforms, model, view, action, etc. attributes are interpreted *relatively* to the location of the PFC. So if your page-flow.xml is under, say, WEB-INF/resources/page-flow.xml, writing view="view.xhtml" will look for a file called WEB-INF/resources/view.xhtml.

If you want your view.xhtml under WEB-INF/resources/don/view.xhtml, use view="don/view.xhtml". You can also use absolute paths, for example view="oxf:/don/view.xhtml". Where the root is located is defined by how you configure the resource manager sandbox. In your case it is under WEB-INF/resources.

I hope this helps,
