Might be better to know that the version number that is printed when
you start pres serv, e.g.

   Starting Presentation Server Release 2.7.2.200501202324

maps to a tag like TAG_OPS_2_7_2_200501202324.  Say this is better
because
it is true both for unstable builds and stable builds.
