Maybe it is looking for an SMTP server to be configured in IIS?

Ok, maybe I'm blind but I setup the site and went in to configure it. When I
did I get a message that "Some Orchard.User settings require an Email
channel to be enabled". Where can I do this? I don't see anything in the
admin section/tools.
