Hi, hope this is the right place to report this bug: I was installing the VS Tools for SQL Compact and it had a dependency on MVC3, then I also installed Orchard.
MVC3 failed the installation (because the SQL Compact tools file returned a 404) but Orchard was installed. But as soon as WebMatrix opened I had the yellows page of death saying that I didn't have MVC3 installed. Seems like Orchard doesn't have a dependency on MVC3 configured in the WebPI.
