We'll definitely wait until *after* 23:59 GMT on 4/1/2011 to download latest versions of all module submissions, for judging the contest.

So thanks for a good news :) Still, could you please give one more clarification on dates -- does it all mean that you will download our latest version of modules on April 2? (i.e. _after_ the official closing time). My doubts are caused by some statement on the site, saying that the judging panel will download modules _on_ the closing date, which might be any time on April 1. Thanks. --Daniel On Thu, Mar 31, 2011 at 12:49 PM, Bradley Millington <[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>> wrote: As embarrassing as it is, we had another mistake on the contest website where two dates were in conflict. I took the later of the two dates: April 1st. The contest closes officially at 23:59 GMT on 4/1/2011. So sorry for all the confusion! :( April Fools? It's exciting to watch the entries roll in on http://www.orchardproject.net/omc/Contest/Browse! I would like to give you all an update, specifically about the Round 1 closing date. While looking over the contest entries on http://www.orchardproject.net/omc today, it came to our attention that there is a discrepancy in the posted Round 1 closing dates. On the Submit Entry page it says Mar 30, and on the Contest Rules it says Mar 15. This was an unfortunate oversight that we need to address in a fair way. To remedy this, we are advancing everyone to Round 2 today. You will continue to be able to update your module through March 30, when Round 2 closes, for final judging, As a reminder, the goal for Round 2 is to deliver a website that makes best use of your module in a real-world scenario. To allow you to publish your Round 2 website for judging, we will be provide free hosting account information to all contest participants that submit a module to the gallery. That should happen within the next week (stay tuned for an update about this on the contest website). In the meantime, enjoy the extra time to improve your module and have fun with this contest. Thanks again to everyone for participating.... On to Round 2!
