What I also tried was to open it via webmatrix, then create a new blank web application in VS2010, added the site stuff into the project, then added an Azure project but it doesn't package. I guess it's also due to the SDK 1.5 thing going on?
Any ETA when Orchard will be ready to work with SDK 1.5? Grz, Kris.
