ETA: Last week ;) Actually it's working for me. I just pulled the latest source code, ran the ClickToBuildAzurePackage.cmd, and I got everything working. I have SDK 1.5.

Then I run the cmd from VS2010 under admin and run the clicktobuildazurepackage.cmd but get 11 errors for the Hg source and 4 for the codeplex direct download.
