Hi Laura, I understand that Rod Rice has been filling in portions of Gongora taxonomy in 'Oasis'. I searched online and found their website. I have no idea if back issues are available or how the journal reads, or whether these articles are taxonomic in nature or have any cultural information, or even how accepted Mr. Rice's work is. But I have 'read this' on my list of 'things to do'. K Barrett N Calif, USA Hello again, Good sourcing. Yes, I wrote Rod at the same time I bought the book. I did buy copies of all of his Oasis journals as well as his book (soft covered) and find them valuable. He travels a lot and you have to keep after him to answer your emails. I have about two dozen Gongora and take their pictures religiously when they bloom in the greenhouse. I also have several flasks of Gongora from Troy Meyers that are now in the seedling stage. Some of these seedlings have bloomed quite young...much to my delight. Laura Eschenroeder
