If icones is right and "I heard that Kovach has plea bargained a deal with the authorities and has gotten off with a slap on the wrist." It would be ironic, as Micheal Kovach "smuggled" the Phrag. into the US, but didn't work to hide the fact. How can you when you are out to get it named after yourself?
