I have had a look at your web site & am tempted to try your method - there is no shortage of horse manure around here.
One question that bothers me is daily watering. I know Tasmania's climate is not too different to NZ so wonder how you manage in winter. During dull weather I may not water for a fortnight. Also it would appear to me that this technique would not suit those species requiring a dry rest period.
