I would assume any country hsoting the WOC has its share of bureaucracy when
it comes to bringing in plants... its international trade and it has its
pittfalls !
Granted, for Andy it would be a breeze when he attends the WOC in Miami...
but I would be very hesitant myself to to just grab some plants in the
greenhouse, get all the paperwork on the Belgian side and just (from our
albeit limited but not very successfull experience) "hope for the best" when
they end up at the US gates of entry for inspection (our experience tends us
to believe it is a mere game of Russian roulette).

Concerning costs: yes it costs money to get there, for us Europeans less
than for people coming from outside Europe (from for instance the US), but
then again would it not be the exact opposite for the Miami WOC ?
Fancy me driving up there with my car all the way from Antwerp... :-)

kind regards,

Kenneth.
