I think the issue here is not so much the edibility of Dendrobium flowers, but how they are produced....dends are a flower crop, not a food crop, and who knows what pesticides were applied to them. Most probably come from Thailand...and I don't know what pesticides they use, nor what their regulations are..........Take care, Eric Muehlbauer.........just a NY hobbiest whose 25 years worth of experience at growing orchids has no basis in fact...................
