Is it possible to reproduce the seedlings (plants) by tissue culture before the end of the 2-year period ?
If so, is there a provision in the agreement that would prevent you from doing that and selling the new seedlings ?

If Manolo
(or is it Manola like Peter Croezen wrote in his post ?

is the son of Manuel Arias Silva, does he sell the seedlings because he owns part of his father's business, Orqudeas Peruanas, or is it for legal reasons related with the Arias/Norris affair ?
