While you guys are at it, may I know is there is any Pleuros species that I can grow (and flower) in warm/hot condition?
As far as I know, there is absolutely no really warm growing Dracula. I have a couple of Masdevallias that are surviving without enthusiasm. Stelis allenii is looking good, but hasn't bloomed yet. One that is really promising is Masd. tuerckheimii. I have not had it very long (since last summer) but it has already bloomed twice. It looks something like a Restrepia.
