At the OSSEA monthly meeting last weekend I was shown some plants that
were similar to Dendrobium bracteosum (rosy-pink flowers and a dark
crimson lip) but the lip was pressed tightly against the column,
leaving virtually no aperture for a pollinator to crawl through. The
owner of these plants told me that they were a recently-discovered new
species that was in the process of being named after a "Mr Tan, or Mr
Tann, or some name like that".

If anyone knows about this alleged publication, would they please
contact me off-digest.

Cheers,

Peter O'Byrne
