He lived his life until the end with great intensity and passion and leaves us filled with pain but also peace for he achieved what he wanted.
Frey spent many of his last years in Espirito Santo State, Brazil, were he dedicated to brazilian orchids research also actively helping other researchers. Last year he descibed two new species of Pseudolaelia.
