Dear Martin, I can assure you that there is no D harpophyllum, unless it is an unpublished working name. I would suppose that it is Laelia harpophyllum if any of the name is correct but the proof will be in the seedlings. Do they look like Dendrobium? If so then the species name is incorrect and you will need to wait till they bloom out to be sure what species they may really be. If they do not appear to be Dendrobium in plant form and are still sympodial then the genus is incorrect and they may be Laelia, but again the proof will be when they bloom out that any of the given name is correct. Keep your fingers crossed that it is a species because if not, you never will have any idea of what the correct name may be. The best that you will be able to do is know what genus [and only if it is not an intergeneric cross] it may be from. Good luck and happy growing.
