Without being a taxonomist, I am reasonably certain that the accepted name for the species is : Prosthechea radiata (Lindl.) W.E.Higgins The name was published in Phytologia 82: 380 (1998). Previously published names are : Epidendrum radiatum Lindl. in Edwards's Bot. Reg. 27(Misc.): 58 (1841). Anacheilium radiatum (Lindl.) Pabst, Moutinho & A.V.Pinto in Bradea 3: 184 (1891). Encyclia radiata (Lindl.)
