Reed-Evans said Rural Lands now holds nearly 400 acres in its trust. She 
said she had been negotiating with landowner Bo Peabody of the Sweet Farm 
Nominee Trust for years before reaching a sale agreement. A grant from the 
Fields Pond Foundation and individual donors helped pay for the land.
