There, under species synonyms, you'll find that topperi is a synonym  
for richteri. I think you are right about the spelling of  
boissierianum. As for the numbers, they are probably a key the grower  
used in propagation. Unless you can find the originator of the plant,  
the numbers won't mean anything to you. The date within the numbers  
are probably the day the grower pollinated the flower to make the cross.

Neither the phragweb nor the RHS site (http://www.rhs.org.uk/seedlist/ 
registration_orchids.asp) indicate that this cross has ever been  
registered. But you can find pictures of both parents on the phragweb.
