Charlie drove me over to see a great house for 189,000 in a fantastic neighborhood, only a block from the intercoastal and near a nice park etc. great place to ride a bike. It is small but very neat..has a nice screened in porch in the back...and a totally fenced in yard. Big trees, in an older section of Largo, close to lots of multimillion dollar homes on the intercoastal. Bargains can be had...also looked at decent house for 169,ooo but it had flat roof and C. said that was not good; We are stilll looking. Hope you are getting excited. The weather here has been fabulous...today it is about 68 so at 9:17am...that is not bad.
