Good grief! Where did you get that idea? The Creationists keep trying to 
infiltrate the local boards of education, but they have not succeeded. The 
state 
education board of Kansas promoted Creationism for a few years, but then 
dropped it. There have been several lawsuits, the most notable in Pennsylvania. 
As 
far as I know, Evolution is alive and well in all 50 states and the US 
possessions.
