Maybe this has been mentioned before, if so, I apologise.
The BBFC (who apparently now do classification for the mobile operators) seem
to have recently issued a report on appeals:

They appear to have had to unblock, among others, girlguiding.org.uk,
dignityindying.org.uk, mariestopes.org.uk, and plannedparenthood.org
