Hi, Graph databases (and even more Multi-Model databases) have a domain model that is very similar to OO, so the development is typically easier than with RDMBS or Key/Value stores. Moreover, typically Key/Value stores do not support transactions, while OrientDB does, and I think in your domain data consistency is important. I don't know hospital management domain, but I think it's definitely worth giving OrientDB a try, if you need advice please let me know
