Hi Simon,

Inspected the 2.2.4 code base, no obvious bugs found. Initially I thought 
it's the known and fixed bug with binary data manipulation, but it was 
fixed in 2.2.2, so 2.2.4 should be unaffected. Is it possible for you to 
upgrade to 2.2.13, just in case? Could you please share the log file?

Meanwhile, I will create a customized build for you with a more detailed 
logging about free list pages.
