Thank you for your answers regarding the fold for lifting walls. Now I'm 
actually thinking about naming and giving it a definition since I agree 
with Gareth that it doesn't have a name, and personally I consider that 3D 
folds should have names just like flat folds. 

MY THOUGHT: 
As discussed in the past few days on the o-list including such links as 
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Masu, the technique does actually sounds similar 
to me as the shovel folding Wensdy Whitehead has taught, however, she would be 
better at determining that. I can coordinate contact with her given she is not 
on the o-list, so please contact me off-list for her contact information, and
