Thanks for passing on my message. I have now obtained permission from Bob for teaching his dragon.
With regards to whether or not to ask for permission when teaching, I guess the boundary on whether to ask or not will be different for everyone. For me personally, if I am teaching in a private setting then I don't think it matters. However I'd rather obtain permission if teaching in a public setting, even if it is not a commercial public setting. Winnie
