There's a thread I created in The Origami Forum two years ago. It's called "Wrapping holiday gifts". The thread was supposed to be a colective gallery of origami "wrapped" presents during the holidays. Showing for example boxes and envelope models people folded to cover the gifts for their loved ones. Unfortunately, almost no one else shares photos there besides me. That's why I wanted to ask in the O-list if anyone else uses origami to cover their holiday presents. And if so, would you please upload a photo somewhere so I can see it?
On a related note, I came up with a very easy way to wrap gifts without the use of tape. At the begining of my latest post in the thread I show a photo of what I did, and after that, I share a crease pattern of the model. I'm sure someone else had already came up with that idea so I wanted to ask you informatión about that model, such as what's its name, who created it first, how long ago, and where has it been published.
