Karen reeds mentioned using a pasta machine for making paper strips. Folks do not waste your money buying pasta machines, because after two or three uses putting paper through, it no longer cuts, and the handle will not rotate, and gets jammed, even the top of the line one.
I make paper strip baskets and after taking a course, getting frustrated with the pasta cutting machine, buying a few of them I invested in a paper cutter from Nasco Crafts that can cut 24" to 36" paper. It is the Fiskar's 24" Rotary Cutter and works perfect, after cutting hundred's of strips of paper. Also great for making strips for stars. Sent from my iPad
