Can you elaborate on what you mean? How do you use the glue stick?

A glue stick is a solid adhesive in a twist up tube - similar to lipstick. The glue is slick, smooth and glides on the paper. There are many varieties - I use permanent, acid free. Twist up a bit of the glue. Move the stick over the paper's edges - well cover, but use sparingly ("they" say people often use much more glue than needed). Carefully align and place the second sheet along the top edge of the glued first sheet. Smooth the second sheet down from top to bottom (unlike wet glue - from the middle out). Should you have any warp on the edges of the paper, you have applied too much glue.

A glue stick is the only adhesive I have found suitable to use with the shiny "Mylar" paper. Here is a link to a video I made on making Mylar Tissue Foil using the glue stick...the magic ingredient.
