From the brief description of how to fold the units, this sounds as if
it may be "Estrella Tridimensional" by Francisco Caboblanco (diagrams in
"Papiroflexia Fácil" by Vicente Palacios, p. 80). Probably also in the
English version of this title: "Origami for Beginners" by Vicente Palacios.
