There is an "American jumping frog" in the 1991 convention book attributed
to Dan Torpey. (photo in the table of contents)

Based on the phrasing of the record, I would guess that Kennedy did the
folding and may have been responsible for the variation, but that the model
is the one from the 1991 collection.

Looking over the collection list on the web site , it seems like 1994 was
the last FOCA and 1995 the first OUSA.
