I recently discovered that Francesco designed another gem this August: his
Star Infinity and variations.
I want to share a tip on the Francesco's Star Infinity.
Sara Adams did a wonderful video on the model. I noticed Sara folded
from the center to the outside. If instead one folds first the outer star
folding subsequent stars in to the center, the center point will "almost
fold itself", remaining
pristine without tears to the paper that can occur due to much handling
when folded from the center out.
Using very soft copy paper, a photo of the magnified result of folding in
this manner is located at the link below.
