Have you considered offering this as an EBook download for purchase in addition to the print copy? One of the biggest costs and prohibitions to purchasing books comes from dealing with shipping, etc. Origami USA seems to be doing a great job with this in diagram/booklet sales (Robert - maybe you can comment on how it's going? From a customer's perspective it's awesome).
