I wanted to give you an update of the process with the book. I've uploaded it to CreateSpace; now we have to wait for it to be revised and for me to buy and assess the first copy.
It's probable that I'll simply sell the book directly from CreateSpace just to offer you the best price. I'll take that decision when it's time. Let's hope everything goes great : )
