Well, the interweb monster swallowed up the body of my email yesterday, so

Going to the library and picking up my copy of the latest Robert B Parker's
Spenser novel, "Kickback" by Ace Atkins, I was pleasantly surprised to see a
slightly bloodied origami fish, on a hook, folded from a $100 bill,
prominently displayed on the cover art:
