I am sure Reference finder can find the solution… Anyway,
This is my take on this puzzle.

The solution should work for any rectangle with aspect ratio shorter than 1.732.
Hopefully this pdf link would be valid for the public. Let me know if somehow I
misunderstood the problem. I would love to know the answer provided by Kamiya.
