Actually I meant for a larger and better solution. The method 2 gives me triangle side length of 1 for 1 x sqrt(2) rectangle. The method 1 gives me the triangle length of 0,996 for the same rectangle. The folding solution is even simpler and cleaner without any extra creases on the triangular borders. I will work on the solution for the other rectangle later. Sy
