Dear O-L
I found many website mention that 'yuan bao origami' is the oldest example and it may be started around A.D.1000. I have purchased and read 'Up in Flames(by Ellen Johnston Laing, Helen Hui-Ling Liu)' as a reference, and also tsien tsuen-hsuin (1985). paper and printing. https://monoskop.org/images/7/7d/Needham_Joseph_Science_and_Civilisation_in_China_Vol_5-1_Chemistry_and_Chemical_Technology_Paper_and_Printing.pdf As far as I know, yuan bao is the money (made by gold or silver) of Ming dynasty(A.D.1368~1644). People of Song dynasty had burned paper money for their ancestors but I can't find the evidence it's folded one. Does anyone have more information about the evidence of old chinese origami? Sincerely, jassu from Korea
