Ladies and Gentlemen: Is there anyone out there that has found what they believe to be the best paper available for making Kenneth Kawamura’s Butterfly Ball?
Kami, I’ve found, is rather too flimsy. Tant is a good weight, but as it’s colored on both sides, yields no colorful surprise at all when the model is exploded. I’m considering painting one side of 24 lb. printer paper with poster paint, but thought I ought to send my appeal out to the cosmos before doing so. Thanks for your help, Mark Burger Founder and Executive Director East Denver Origami Society
