You can often find neon paper at office supplies stores and sometimes in the
craft or office areas at big box discount stores. Often they are in the same
area as you would find poster board. The packets of neon paper I am thinking
about are neon pink, yellow, orange or lime green on one side and white on the
other.
There is also a fadeless art paper that comes in 12"x18" sheets in packets of a
variety of colors, but white on the opposite side. I have the best luck
finding it at teacher stores. It is the same fadeless paper that comes in
rolls to cover bulletin boards...and it truly is fadeless.
Both these need to be cut into squares, as they come in rectangular sheets and
are a bit thicker than kami, but not as thick as construction paper.
