Hi, I had a look at Dürer‘s engraving of Melencholia 1. As far as I know, I‘ve never seen this one folded, but I’ve been in lurking mode for the last so many years. But I believe you can try to make this model from six units of Nick Robinson‘s Rhombic Dodecahedron (in David Mitchell‘s Mathematical Origami). Thanks for the idea, I‘m off to try it!!!
