The easiest modular way to fold this polyhedron ... ignoring the distortion of 
the cube ... would be to allow the top and bottom triangular faces to be 
dimpled / sunken. From the angle it is drawn you would only see one of the 
extra edges this creates ... so the visual match would be ok. You could do this 
using six Columbus modules ... see

It's more difficult ... and the result will probably be less clean ... if you 
want the triangular faces to be flat.
